Eden Valley Woodturners
Eden Valley Woodturners attend various events throughout the year.
The club holds Exhibitions of Woodturning by its members in the Exhibition Room of Appleby Tourist Information Centre. They are usually month long exhibitions and are usually held in the Spring and Autumn. The dates can be found on the Programme page or from the TIC.

The Dufton Show
This Agricultural Show takes place near the village of Dufton at the end of August each year. Eden Valley Woodturners have been invited to display & demonstrate Woodturning for a number of years now.

Brampton Woodturners Inter Club Competition
Every October Brampton Woodturners host an Inter Club Competition, when visiting Woodturning Clubs are invited to put forward an entry of 5 items made by 5 different people. An independent judge then decides on the best 3 entries, with the winning club receiving a Cup for the next 12 months.
Eden Valley Woodturners won the cup in 2009 & came second in 2010 & 2017.

Westmorland Dales Day
The Westmorland Dales Day takes place in Kirkby Stephen, on a Sunday at the end of July in the grounds of the church.
